My name is Adriana Solorzano, I studied psychology, I have a Master in Educational Management and a specialty in Human Talent Management. I started from a very young age in the area of education as an English teacher and Elementary coordinator for 14 years. Working as an ESL Specialist in a transnational company, I started my career in Human Resources as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as a Human Resources Manager, a career which I have currently been working for 13 years and specializing in different areas as well as recruitment and selection, labor laws, work environment , personnel management among others. Apart from my professional career, I am the mother of 4 wonderful children, my family is the center of my life.
Mi nombre es Adriana Solorzano, estudié psicología, tengo un Master en Gestión Educativa y una especialidad en Gestión del Talento Humano. Inicie desde muy joven en el área de la educación como profesora y coordinadora de primaria e inglés a lo largo de 14 años. Trabajando como ESL Specialist en una empresa transnacional inicie mi carrera en Recursos Humanos como Talent Acquisition Specialist y luego como Gerente de Recursos Humanos carrera la cual actualmente llevo 13 años trabajando y especializando en diferentes áreas así como en reclutamiento y selección, leyes laborales, clima laboral, gestión del personal entre otros. Aparte de mi carrera profesional soy mamá de 4 maravillosos hijos, mi familia es el centro y motor de mi vida.
